The Utah and Florida Concealed Carry Certification Courses are designed to provide participants with the necessary training to obtain concealed carry permits in both Utah and Florida. These courses cover state-specific laws, firearm safety, use of force, and permit application processes. The courses are ideal for individuals seeking multi-state reciprocity, as both Utah and Florida permits are recognized in many other states across the U.S.

Participants will receive separate certifications for Utah and Florida upon successful completion of each course, allowing them to apply for permits in both states. 

Basic Application Assistance is available for both Utah and Florida, providing guidance on completing and submitting your concealed carry applications.

• $ 300  -  The New York State Concealed Carry Instructor Course for Non-Resident Instructors is designed to provide non-resident instructors with the necessary familiarization with New York State Penal Laws to legally teach concealed carry and firearms safety within the state. This course also serves as a mandatory requirement for all instructors and concealed carry permit holders seeking to renew their New York State concealed carry permit.

The course covers in-depth knowledge of New York State Penal Law, including firearm regulations, use of force laws, and teaching requirements, ensuring that instructors can conduct their courses in full compliance with state laws.

• $ 375  -  New York State Concealed Carry Class-Only Training Program

This standalone course offers the necessary training to fulfill the instructional requirements for obtaining a New York concealed carry permit. It covers essential classroom topics, including New York firearm laws, responsible carry practices, and use-of-force regulations.

Package Details:

• Includes: Classroom instruction and live-fire shooting at a designated location.
• Excludes: Application assistance, filing services, and representation. Students are fully responsible for completing, submitting, and monitoring their applications directly with state agencies.

Important Note: Enrollment in this package requires a commitment to participate in an annual refresher training course for three years. Upon meeting all requirements, the final cost for the class is $150.00.

The Connecticut State Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) Training Program is designed to provide applicants with the comprehensive training and knowledge necessary to obtain a Connecticut State CCW Permit. The course covers all legal, safety, and practical aspects of carrying a concealed firearm in Connecticut, with a strong emphasis on state and federal firearm laws, responsible carry, and safe handling practices.

Participants will engage in classroom instruction, hands-on firearm training, and practical exercises to ensure they meet the legal requirements and standards set forth by the state of Connecticut for responsible concealed carry.

This course explores the psychological aspects behind gun ownership, focusing on the mental and emotional responsibilities that come with carrying a firearm. Participants will dive into topics such as the mindset of self-defense, risk assessment, and the psychological impact of owning and using a gun. The course also covers how gun ownership affects decision-making in high-stress situations, managing fear and anxiety, and the importance of maintaining a calm and composed mindset when handling firearms.

Ideal for both new and experienced gun owners, this course aims to foster responsible ownership by providing insights into the mental preparedness required for carrying a firearm.

• $ 725  - Stand Alone Course
•  The Psychology of Gun Ownership Instructor Development Course is designed to equip firearms instructors with a deep understanding of the psychological factors involved in gun ownership and usage. This course focuses on educating instructors about the mental, emotional, and behavioral aspects that affect gun owners, ensuring they are prepared to address these in their own training programs. Key areas include mental health, decision-making under stress, and conflict resolution. 

• $375  - Tailored for peace officers, (Not tasked with full arrest powers) active and retired, this course focuses on New York-specific concealed carry laws, tactical firearm handling, and legal considerations for peace officers carrying concealed weapons. 

• $285  -For all initial applications and seat reservations. For Those not students of LPS payments will be according to case by case basis.
•  A Certified Firearms Application Support Specialist (CFASS) assists clients in navigating the complex firearms licensing process, including applications for concealed carry permits, hunting licenses, and other firearms certifications. They provide expert guidance on completing legal paperwork, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and managing documentation. CFASS professionals help clients understand their rights and responsibilities as firearms owners while offering personalized support and education to ensure a smooth and efficient application experience. They play a critical role in streamlining the process and addressing any legal or administrative challenges that may arise. 

• $210  - This course is a comprehensive course designed to provide foundational knowledge of the U.S. Constitution, tailored specifically for those in public service roles. This course explores the principles of constitutional law, the separation of powers, the rights and responsibilities of citizens, and the importance of maintaining the rule of law within communities.

Law enforcement officers and community leaders will gain a deep understanding of the constitutional framework that underpins American democracy and how it applies to their daily work. Through engaging lectures, case studies, and interactive discussions, participants will learn how the Constitution informs modern law enforcement practices and community organization efforts, promoting justice, liberty, and public trust.
